Life has many distractions and opportunities for anxiety and stress. It is easy for us to get caught up in negative thinking and to find ourselves overwhelmed by the busyness of the mind. The Guided Meditation and the discussion in Satsang will bring you back to your calm center and place of peace.
If you are not comfortable sitting on the floor there will be chairs available. Space will be limited so registration is advised. Please contact me if you have any questions.
